Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

USA: Standard Shipping delivers within 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Items are shipped from Traverse City, Michigan. Our shipping department uses a variety of companies including, but not limited to, UPS Ground, FedEx, or US Postal Service. You do not need to be home to receive your items. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping of our 5 Gallon Contractor pails can take longer to ship, as they are shipped Freight. On the rare occasion a product is back ordered, you will be notified at the time of purchase or a representative will contact you within 7 business days with an anticipated delivery date. If you product has not shipped by the time a representative has contacted you, you will be able to cancel your order at that time with no obligation.

Canada: Expect 1-2 week shipping via USPS, unless otherwise stated. No PO Box addresses to Canada.

International: Rates and times subject to current policies.

Next Day and 2 Day Shipping

Orders placed before 1 p.m. on weekdays can be shipped Next Day or 2 Day. Please use the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart to obtain rates. Contractor Pail Kits are not available for expedited shipping.
