We stand behind the quality and performance of Seal It Green products. If you're not completely satisfied with the results, we will refund your purchase—excluding shipping and handling.
To help us continuously improve, we kindly ask that you provide photos of your project if you are returning an item you are unsatisfied with. Please note:
- Cleaner Concentrate is non-refundable.
- For DIY Kits or Contractor Kits, a refund will be issued once the remaining product is returned (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
Our Limited Warranty
We guarantee that our products meet OneSource Organics, LLC’s strict quality control standards at the time of shipment. However, we do not guarantee performance beyond this or for misuse of our products in ways and on surfaces not outlined in the available instructional guidelines.
Please note:
- This warranty does not cover misuse, unintended applications, or damages resulting from such use.
- Promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not alter the terms of any written purchase agreement.
- At our discretion, our liability is limited to product replacement only, upon presentation of a valid sales receipt or invoice.
- We do not cover consequential, incidental, or liquidated damages.
